These terms govern your use of Arpanams. By booking an arpanam you accept them.
1. Nature of service
Arpanams performs an Archana (personalized Vedic ritual) in the devotee's name at a Hindu shrine and shares a short video of the ritual on WhatsApp. This is a devotional service and not a substitute for professional advice (medical, financial, legal).
2. Booking & pricing
Pricing is displayed transparently on the booking page (first coconut ₹199, +₹50 each additional). Taxes, if any, are included. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Delivery
We aim to complete every arpanam and share the video within 10-30 minutes of payment. Delays may occur on major festival days.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Briefly: if we are unable to complete your arpanam, you get a 100% refund within 5-7 business days.
5. Devotee's promise
You confirm that the details you provide are accurate, that the WhatsApp number is yours (or you have consent to receive messages on it), and that you are 18 years or older.
6. Prohibited use
No abusive, obscene, hateful, or illegal content in prayer text or voice recording. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Archanas that violate this clause with a full refund.
7. Intellectual property
The Arpanams brand, artwork and code are the property of Arpanams. Ritual videos we share are for the devotee's personal spiritual use.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the service "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for that specific arpanam.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts of your registered address as per Razorpay records.
