We want every devotee to feel taken care of. Here is exactly when and how you get a refund.
You are entitled to a 100% refund if: • We could not complete the arpanam (temple closed, technical issue, priest unavailable) • You did not receive a ritual video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful payment • The order was clearly duplicated because of a technical glitch
Once the ritual has been performed and the video sent to your WhatsApp number, the offering is considered fulfilled and no refund is possible.
Email support@arpanams.in with your order ID (top of the status page). We reply within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
